HDFC Bank — Complaint against my relationship manager - Jhansi Kanthala

I have been facing this issue with my relationship manager from HDFC - Jhansi Kanthala. She is highly unprofessional. Lack of clarity.

My previous RM was genuinely helpful and solution oriented and look at this RM, Never I got any proper response from her and I have given this feedback previously as well. So I have stopped calling this lady for any of my queries or concerns because I know I will not get any proper response . She does not know the services and do not have any clarity on the services and process of HDFC.

Again I am not saying all this considering one time instance.I have observed this. She simply keeps on hold, wastes time and finally no proper solution from her.She should learn how to interact with customers and address their queries first .

I am a working professional and I know when to reach and when to understand the situation. But this Lady is not acceptable.

Just an example:

I have ordered a consumer good availing my HDFC credit card EMI but then I have cancelled it. ~15th April.. I got my money refunded as well
Again I have ordered same product using same HDFC credit card EMI option and got my good delivered.
When I have checked, I could see that both loans are in active state. Ideally first loan should be in inactive or closed.
So finally knowing the fact that this lady will not help in anyways and I do not have much time I called her.
Her response was very unprofessional. She started saying- Ya you have to pay EMI amount and other things. Then I said I have not received the product only. I have cancelled my order but still showing as active. thats my query i said. She immediatly cut my call. then no response. How unprofessional is that. Again I tried reaching out, she dint respond.

This lady, today she called again. I said yesterday I have called for my query but then why did you cut my call.
she said, because you are not understanding I have cut ( though she did not explain me anything and more over she was giving vage answers without clarity)
I said, If I dont understand you will have to make us understand but its not correct to cut the call. Then again she said yes we are here to cut call and again she cut the call.
This is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE FROM HDFC.

As a proof of concept, I request you to pull up the my call recordings if its available.

I am writing this issue by putting in lot of time hoping to get this addressed and check with Ms.Jhansi Kanthala

Such a disgusting Lady!
