Respected sir/madam, Reference with my previous request to you regarding my hdfc credit card 4 digit ending no.9106 (Consumer complaint no. Hdfc bank complaint status update [id: 1842322]. I would like to inform you some brief about hdfc bank, which have already write in my previous request to you. I have been operating hdc bank credit card since 2010. Due to some my personal health problem last three years, i had requested to hdfc bank, kindly convert six to twelve installment my credit card dues for complete my card dues but never get any help from hdfc bank. Last three years every month hdfc banker mentally harassed although i have been regularly pay minimum dues (Only charges not reduce principal payment) paid only interest amount more than 1, 50, 0000/-. I have been regularly requested to hdfc bank customer care, higher management for convert emi but hdfc banker always harassed by telepathically, sent his out source agency collection boy (Very rough and loose talker) who's purpose only harassment with my family, my neighbor in my residence. This is reality of hdfc bank, he treat last 8 years privilege customer like criminal) I humbly requested to respected consumer complaints forum, kindly investigate and do the justice.
