Sir. My hdfc credit card why bloking? I am not info befor block my hdfc bank credit card. Total out standing amount pad time to time i am not defolt customers chek my account details. Hdfc bank credit card -4146 revard point available in my credit card this revard point convert to mony my other bank account. Other wise start my credit card use my revard poin.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We have done a detailed review on your card account and we wish to inform you that bank regularly monitors the credit card transactions incurred by the customers and during one such instance, the bank had observed online foreign exchange transactions on your credit card. In view of above, the bank would be constrained to take necessary action by closing credit/ debit cards in case of any "overseas forex trading" transactions observed on your card account and report the same to the regulator. Hence, you are requested to refrain from doing such transactions on your credit/debit card and regret our inability to reactivate your credit card.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to clarify that, bank regularly monitors the credit card transactions incurred by the customers and during one such instance, the bank had observed online foreign exchange transactions on your credit card and in view of the same, your credit card was closed on 09/08/2018 and also reward points was lapsed on 29/09/2018.
