[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank credit card | |||
Kindly help me hdfc banker, i have been operating last seven years hdfc bank credit card, and pay more than 1.5 lac interest last two years. I would like to inform you due to some my health problem i had unemployed 2 years. Although i have been regularly paid hdfc bank minimum payment, i have been requested to hdfc bank last 2 years for installment payment so that my principal amount reduce, but various request i do not get any help in spite of his harassment by his out source agency. I have received a threatening call from HDFC Bank Collection Boy by Mobile No.[protected].
He has threaded I will come your home and misbehaving languages, I have requested last two months but do not get justice kindly investigate and take action asap.

I would like to inform you again very disappointed as my request for justice with HDFC Bank Credit card. I have received a call from HDFC bank representative, he inform me his name Jitedra, calling mobile number is[protected]. He told your card will settlement Rs.42, 000/- your have to pay in cash, I deny for cash, I requested him first you send us settlement letter, I will pay only online mode in 12 month instalment of Rs.3500/- p.m. He assured Me I wilI send you letter.
Yesterday I received a call from a lady HDFC Bank she inform her name shakchhi calling number is +[protected], she had called for payment, I inform her about my last conversation with Jitedar she had disconnected, again she has called same number and told me my boss talk with me, He inform his name is Jitedar and he he told I didn’t promised after he had started loose talking, he give me very bad defaming and threat me to kill, you are humbly requested please take action.
I already have been informed about all this matter, I hope you will do justice.

I have been continuesly requesting to HDFC Bank customer care, HDFC Bank Senior management I.e. MD desks regard my HDFC Bank Credit card **** 9106' but didn't get any help in spite of regularly payment my card minimum due but I got only harassment I.e. Loose talk by your outsourcing agency, yesterday two persons came in my home and talk with me as same, I never get any help from your side.
I have been continuesly harassed by your outsourcing agency. My salary account has lein, when I not get justice after I request forwarded to respective organisations of consumers.
I honestly grant justice.
