My credit card no. [protected] I have already paid minimum amount of rs. 6600/- of last month of credit card statement. And as per rbi guidelines i requested to moratorium regarding payment for three month and they have also sent me a sms that you can now defer credit card dues to june 2020 i enclose herewith the bank sms for your ready reference, I surprise that bank have sent a e statement to my registered mobile no.[protected] that your have no minimum dues and total due is rs.128883.00. I in this situation this is not possible for me to pay entire amount. I request to bank that if they cannot give the moratorium facility as they have sent me the sms that i can defer the dues upto june 2020 as per rbi guidelines. If possible i try to pay minimum dues of the entire amount on this problematic days. Please resolve my problem and reply at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |
