[Resolved] HDFC Bank — HDFC bank Credit Card cancel request | |||
Hi, I am Amol. I have a HDFC credit card(Card No - XXXX XXXX XXXX 3234). I wanted to cancel it. I called to customer care and requested them to cancel. They told for permanent cancel i need to send letter to below address with Card cut diagonally. HDFC Bank Cards Division PO BOX # 8654 Thiruvanmiyur P.O. Chennai 600 041 Accordingly i have done the same and send the written form to above address with diagonally cut card. Then after 15 days when i called the customer care they are saying that my sign is not matching. Mean while couple of days back i have traveled out of India for long term. I am sending the same mail to " customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com". But i am not getting response what i need to do further. But every time in response i am getting same auto generated reply.
