[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank credit card cancellation of my one assist membership

Cancellation of One Assist Membership I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 3572/- from my credit card number ending with 6319 without my concern . I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.3572/- plz dont truble me plz iam a poor people.idont no what is one assist but activate this servies with out my permission .i dont have money so dont distrub my life i kindly req u sir r mam. i give the police complaint Was this information helpful? As requested by you we have initiated your cancellation process vide service request number -3355625. You are entitled for a refund of 699/- for the current year because as per the policy the complaint should have been registered within 30 days after deduction whereas in your case it was 75 days. Your refund will get credited in your account within 5 to 7 working days. We cannot initiate the refund for the previous years as per our conditions. Apologies!
