[Resolved] HDFC Bank — HDFC Bank Credit Card Not Received & Money Deduction Rs.3554/- | |||
Recently i have updated my HDFC Bank Address in Aurangabad for getting Cheque book with my name mention over it. Message on 15th Jan 2021 Dear Cardmember, statement for your credit card ending 5166 is generated. Min Amt due Rs. 2575. Total due Rs 3554. payment is due by 03rd Feb 21 I received another message (04/02/2021) on my registered mobile number that my HDFC credit card 5166 (last digits) now reflects latest address/contact details as per my recent update to the linked savings/salary account. When checked credit card online account it is showing statement balance of Rs. 3554/- But, i have not received any credit card and money deduction happened. Request help in this regard.
