[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag amount debited without application id | |||
I have tried to get fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal and provided all required details including documents. But at the end, portal shows some error while processing the request and amount get debited from hdfc saving bank account. Banking transaction/reference #[protected]Amt. 500/-). I tried to call pathetic help line[protected] and always prompt busy. Can someone take responsibility and credit my amount into bank account. I don't want fasttag from such irresponsible bank. Dec 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i didn't get the FastTag but amount is credited back to my Saving Account. Thanks HDFC Support Staff. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 28, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the status of said payment is reflecting as "failed".
