I got the below message. But haven't recieved my fastag till now. I applied on 13th nov 2019.

Your fastag application reference number hfr368872
The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries.

Also got the below message that fastag has been issue succesfully.

Your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected]

Could you please let me know what is the issue.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We regret any inconvenience you may have faced. Your application is received at our end & you will receive the Tag within 7-10 working days. The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.
