The issue started when i start to maintain excess money in my fastag account balance in thousands. I came back from my native to bangalore yesterday, and all toll plaza got debited fine (Even checked my transaction history). Today i got below mail/msg saying there is a manual adjustment entry to my account amount for 430/- (The sum of all toll plaza i crossed yesterday itself is 330 only).
1. Hdfc fastag helpline is unusable (Nobody picks up)
2. 1033 national helpline guys told you need to take it up with the bank directly as it is not associated with any toll gate (Since manual entry charge)
3. I request for a refund and a proper usable helpline number or email contact for any further issues like this as it very sensitive

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs.450 for adjustment entry on 11/5/2019 5:36:47 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 3042.85 - hdfc bank ltd.
