[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank frequency adho is received today for processing

I have received the following sms from bank: Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ava life style services pl with value rs. 3679.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch. I have not given any mandate any where. How can someone deduct on their behalf without seeking permission. It's violation of my right. Please rectify this and revert any mandate unlawfully taken. I have The account in HDFC . I am using regular transactions for hdfc bank i have the credit card also . In my account Savings Amount shows -31315 how its is possible .After Adding 5000 amount in my account it shows to -31315.
