[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank harassment

I got a call from HDFC bank collection department regarding loan recover which some one took it. I know the person who was there only one month in my current company and left. He took loan in HDFC bank and given my number as reference without my permission. I didn't get any call from HDFC bank for any verification/confirmation on the same. I just came to know about it after person from bank called up. Now HDFC collection department and their personal loan department people harassing me to go to applicant home and force him to pay the loan where I don't know anything about him except name and phone number which I got when he joined my company. They are not listening and talking rudely. they are not caring about complaints and saying we will call you like this and harass you until that applicant pay the amount. Please provide your suggestions what I can do to not get any calls.

Updated by Janaiah Putta Today also got a call from Shravanthi ([protected]), she is literally talking rudely, you given complaint I will check it how it goes. whatever, you have to get the payment from applicant and pay us. I will call you like this until that. this is she is talking. She called up again after collection department manager called and said you dont get call again. so they are doing all intentionally.

Updated by Janaiah Putta However, you people not addressing my problem and it is not getting resolved, I don't have other option except file criminal case on person who is harassing me though you people settled with applicant and though I don't know that person except name. I am doing that today after my office hours. Thank you for help.
