On 30/11/2019, i've initiated a transaction through hdfc (Domluru bengaluru branch) netbanking for 5k to beneficiary boi bank (Naigaon dist. Nanded branch) account. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message saying - your money transfer of inr * timed out due to technical reason. Ref no[protected]. Verified Support Dec 04, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have checked our records and confirm that your fund transfer dated 30/11/2019, reference number IMPS[protected] for amount Rs. 5, 000.00 through IMPS was timed out due to technical issue at the Beneficiary bank end. The same will be credited in the Beneficiary account or refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days.
