[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank inst-alert chg inc gst apr-jun 2018-mir[protected] | |||
I have seen the following charges in my hdfc account. 1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter 2. Inst-alert chg inc gst apr-jun2018 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.
