One Fastag has been issued by HDFC fastag team on 24 Dec, 2021 Wallet ID ([protected]) for Vehicle number DL2FGJ0004 (Owned by Sunil Kumar) and HDFC Team have linked it with my (Ashwani Jain) mobile number ([protected]).
I am getting almost daily message of over speeding, amount deduction or charging due to which i have daily getting harrassed.I am also getting calls that your vehicle (having this fastag) has been identified for over speeding and i should pay the penalty amount. However both these things does not belong to me.
I have written 4 - 5 emails to HDFC team to get this rectified by connecting with right owner of the vehicle and get the contact number updated.
I have also called up customer care 4 - 5 times to inform and resolve the same, but after getting the information they have kept the phone on hold and kept me on waiting for more than 10 min and then call get disconnected with actual action.
This is how the HDFC Bank Team actually works and shows their services against their customer. All these HDFC Bank customer care executive are useless and they are just doing body shopping (front facing with no resolution).
I have also raised a service request (SR[protected]) on HDFC Fastag customer portal on 20th May 2022 for suspension of Fastag with message to activate only when right owner share correct mobile number.
But unfortunately customer care didnt even bothered to go through the service request for reason of suspension and just activated the Tag.
I am daily getting harassed due to these messages and calls and HDFC bank team is not getting this resolved. I have deactivated the wallet / Fastag using the portal once, and also kept the remarks, but HDFC team has again activated the same without any proper resolution.
