[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank negative balance in my account | |
My old company has opened my salary account in 2015, but after few months i left the company because i got the better opportunity some where else after that i never used that account, but now its showing re's -8300 in account, I don't want to pay any penalty, i want to close my account as soon as possible. Please help According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine. Aug 06, 2017 vinodhariom's response Got a call from +[protected] at 11:55pm on 6th August 2017 saying that the commission of agent will be credited in my account.Is this statement true ?
