[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank payzapp transaction failed of 15098.10/- but money not refunded from aug 4 2019

I have transferred rs. 15098.10/- to my hdfc bank on 4th august 2019 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to the beneficiary account. That day onwards i tried customer care no-[protected] but did not connect my call.in 5th august informed to payzapp customer care through the mail - [protected]@payzapp.in but nobody not replying my msg. Can anyone suggest me how to go legally on this? To whom i have to contact?
