[Resolved] HDFC Bank — HDFC Bank RD Account open without my Consent

Hi,

My Consumer Id is[protected].

Rs 1000 has been debited from my saving account without my consent to open RD.

Please credit my amount. I don't want an RD account.

Who has given the right to open the RD account without my Consent?

I want complete action against such a type of activity. Even Bank not provide their branch no to contact.

Kindly resolve my issue immediately.

Dear Team, A few moments ago, I had a complete talk with CSRM staff - Mr. Ubed Khan about the problem of recurring deposit. RD Booking Request was collected by your bank executive during my salary account opening and was processed once account was activated with funding. Same RD has been liquidated through Net banking option. Now my recurring deposit issue has been resolved and your staff apologized for the same. I don't want to expand on this.
