[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank unknown nach (auto debit consent)

Team i have hdfc salary account in old airport branch, bangalore.
I got an sms on 7-3-2019 as below.

Dear customer,
Mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ashish securities pvt ltd with value rs. 18750.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

Team, as per my knowledge i haven't made any nach (Auto debit consent) for a value of rs rs. 18750.00. I don't even know the company ashish securities pvt ltd.
I want this transaction to stop/cancel immediately.

When i reached the electronic city - bangalore branch on 7-3-2019, bank manager couldn't help me at lease to check what this transaction is about. Such a unprofessional behavior.

Please help me to cancel this transaction.

Thanks for reply. I have sent an email explaining my problem to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with complete branch details.

The branch i visited was Electronic city Branch, Bangalore.
Complete address of the branch.

Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to ASHISH SECURITIES PVT LTD with value Rs. 18750 and frequency MNTH was rejected due to the reason 'Drawers Signature Differs' received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

Please STOP this transaction as i don't know any thing about this transaction.

Hi Team, I have hdfc salary account in nuvem branch, Goa.

I got an sms today[protected] saying INR 3000.00 debited to HDFC Bank A/C No XXXXXXXXXX0625 towards BSE Limited / 3546297 with UMRN HDFC[protected]

Also got an email regarding the same from the below mentioned email id
[protected]@hdfcbank.com

I haven't made any nach (Auto debit consent). I want this transaction to stop/cancel immediately and refund the money back.
