HDFC Bank — wrong charge to hdfc credit card - offus emi + payment which are as follows :

21/01/2023 OFFUS EMI, PRIN NB:03, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980121002519564) 2, 006.71
21/01/2023 OFFUS EMI, INT NBR:03, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980121002519572) 23.41

2) I Don't even know about this charges as I haven't even purchased anything on EMI on my Hdfc Credit Card if any please let me know and if not please reverse these charges ASAP preferably before the payment date

3) called customer care multiple times but the only one responding was the AI which was not helping at all. Would like to talk to hdfc executives/ officers and discuss the issue here

Updated by SANDIP38J it is 6th of february today, but still no one from HDFC bank has contacted me regarding the complaint I posted. just received a email asking for my contact No. which is clearly written in the complaint above .
