I received a message from hdfcbk containing a customer mandate reference number stating that some amount is been issued to a private limited company and is processing today.

Format of the message :
Dear customer mandate reference no:hdfc* issued to with the value of rs.* and the frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issues please get in touch with you branch.

I haven't issued any kind to value to this company and i immediately wants to stop this payment. And please explain me what is happening over here..?

When I saw mini statement today 23/11/18 I have noticed that Rs. 885.00 is debited under DCD charge on 14/11/18. As I have not done any dual currency transaction HDFC bank is requested to refund / Credit back the deducted amount Rs. 885.00 I my account immdtly. Regards, N. Srinivas rao
