Hi,
I have submitted a dispute from in the month of July’19, due to wrong payment of 2, 06, 567.00/- to wrong CC number which is not belongs to HDFC CC. it was a balance transfer from the kotak bank. I have attached the copy of DD for your reference.
DD was submitted in the month of June, it has been cleared from Kotak, last 2 months I am paying interest amount to HDFC and Kotak both the places.
I am waiting more than 2 months to resolve this issue but not getting resolution. Too many times I have connected with HDFC customer care and also visited the Pune PCMC branch where I deposited the DD.
Waiting for issue to be resolve.
