My father paid 6000 as downpayment and opted for 6 months emi, before pandemic and lockdown, after that due to natch problem and signature miss match they couldn't deduct emi, later we resolved it, due pandemic and lockdown my father has to deal with huge financial loss, and wan not able to pay on time, 3 emi he had paid already 3 emi left,
The collection executive named ramaiah called from [protected] this number and asked my brother "where did your dad go and die, did he go to ### my # or what I will ### your # if you don't pay" this was the sentence he used, I would like to inform the authorities that I want the compansation for this insult, I will not pay you one single penny until then.
