[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Hdfc credit card and Ergo insurance | |||
In DEC 2014 I received a credit card from HDFC and after few day I received a call for activation . But that agent told me that I am bound to purchase an ERGO policy worth RS 9001.He split this amount for 24 emi. He said it compulsory because if i die within 24 month Bank will have 9001 rupees as backup.And he said if I will not claim anything using this policy I will get 9001 in my account . I called HDFC bank regarding it they denied for any refund. Can anybody help me here ?
