[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card application declined | |
Hdfc credit card representative came to my house, filled the forms and gave me a confirmation that i will get my credit card within 7 days. Post that there was no email. I got a call from a sales team person who needed some details. Post that day, he hasn't picked up my calls. After 15 days had passed, i got a message that they have completed processing the card, i went online and put my application number and it said declined. I need to know the reason for this decline, because i have been waiting since 15 days and i need to know why this reason wasn't told to me while applying for the card. The other sales man whose contact i have, sound under confident and its almost like they themselves don't know the procedures. Pathetic service. Staff not trained properly.
