[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card | |||
Have hdfc credit card. It is ending with 4761. I have called to customer care regarding emi conversion for my next purchase. Customer care executive told me you can convert your total purchasing amount to emi. As per his assurance only i have purchased around rs 18500. After that they are telling your card has't have emi offer. Now how can i pay that much amount at a time. And some customer care executive does, t have clear knowledge about offers.
