[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card | |||
My name is gaurav singh. I have an open ongoing issue with hdfc credit card department since last 3 months and they are not providing any solution. It is a mistake at their end still they are not ready to accept. Really a worst experience and worst customer service. I have asked them multiple times to escalate the issue but they are not ready to do that and the # guys named "neville a" and "manikandan" are unnecessarily arguing and not at all helpful. Above that i have asked them multiple times to call but thet never ever called even once. Is this how hdfc works. Really a fraud bank. My contact number is [protected].
