[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card | |||
I have cancelled one bus ticket and train ticket booked using hdfc credit card. I am yet to get the refund money on my card. I am following up with hdfc for last 3-4 months. They are replying with same copy and paste email every time. I want to close this credit card asap, as i feel completely insecure using hdfc credit card. I have a strong feeling that i am risking my money using hdfc services. I will also provide my email reference number to hdfc regarding this issue.
