[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card | |
I have settled the credit card in sep 2018. But i receive card statements with late payment fee and interest on top of it every month. I have reached out to the hdfc team asking for a solution and they have given a waiver for 2 months late fee and asked to pay the remaining amount. So i have made the payment in feb 2019. Again 3 days later i received a statement stating late payment charges, i dont know what the heck those charges are? Extremely disappointed with hdfc banks inefficient customer service.
