Hi,
I recently applied for credit card from the pre approved section and was assisted on a call by HDFC representative to do so. I applied for the card as he said I’ll get it without a problem as my salary was higher than what was needed for the card.
But next day I got a message “We have completed processing your HDFCBank CreditCard App 2————————-. For details please visit http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days.” and when checked my card shows decline without a reason. I have good amount in savings account and was thinking of making it my primary bank, but I am disappointed with the service.
The site never works well and when I finally was able to apply after many trials then it was denied. Never expected this from HDFC and I can see a lot of people having this problem.
Help me resolve this kindly. YI have been waiting to have my account upgraded to preferred as well, but if this is not resolved, I will just change my primary bank.

We have no way of calling HDFC., website is outdated and full of faults too.
