After that I tried to contact your credit card department numerous times on to why that figure was reflecting on my statement. Because of that, my minimum amound due each month has increased plus Hdfc has added additional financial charges plus late fees because your superviror said he would get back to me regarding the issue in 24 hours but he did not. Again I have to mention that your bank is being unfair with a client and a complaint has to be filed with the legal authorities.
