[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card excess amount collected and card deactivated | |||
I was offered a corporate credit card by the hdfc bank. I did apply for it and got it. I had specifically asked for no insurance to be issued on it but my instructions were ignored and it accumulated an amount of around 7k. I was asked to pay the pending amount even though i had not even set the initial pin code to activate the card. Now even after paying the amount said by the bank the initial otp to set the pin was not enabled. I request for a refund of the amount or enable the initial otp to set the pin.
