[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card mr | |||
I hold a hdfc credit card and also a personal loan i was doing the minimum payment monthly basis without any skip and also paid my emi ofpl without any bounce. Last month i skipped a payment due to financial crisis and opted for debt management plan through single debt and advocate has send the communication to grievance department of hdfc bank on 29th july 2019. I have not received any reply on the mail. The same is communicated to recovery agents but harassment on calls is daily going. If this is the case then what is the use of debt management plan where even bank is not ready to help. Was this information helpful? | |||
