[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card not updating contact details due to signature mismatch

Hi i am sarat. Its being two and half month i have been submitted form to update my registered mobile number. First of all they never communicated that the form has been rejected. Second whenever i contacted customer care every time they told me it will be happen in next 2 to 4 days. Every time the customer care executive provided wrong information regarding my issue. Even though submitting kyc document to update my signature they ask me for kyc (Self attested id proof) again. I don't know how many time hdfc required kyc document or it is the way of hdfc bank to harass customer who don't have hdfc bank account but using hdfc credit card to pressurize to open the hdfc bank account. This is worst experience i ever had with a bank in my entire life. The customer care executive suggest me that i have to submit the signature update form first after that the signature will be update and the information will be sent to my registered mobile no which is not in use, i request them the mobile number is not in use so please mail me on my registered mail id the answer of customer care executive surprise me. She told me we have huge number of customer how many mails we have to sent it is not possible. This is my experience with hdfc bank. I don't know when or may be next year i will be able to use my credit card. I guess i have to submit duly signed id proof this whole year and may be next year end i will be able to use my credit card. If this is the way to provide solution to the customer's issue then why these guys beg people for issuing credit cards. Why don't they simply say to people that you also have to open an account in our bank before issuing our credit cards.

Hi,
I am Raffi and I have NRE account and it is blocked due to non-submission of KYC documents. I have submitted them on 08.Nov.2017, but till today (15.Nov.2017) my account is not blocked.
One strange thing is I got an email form HDFC like my phone number updated on 13.Nov.2017 and address updated on 14.Nov.2017 but these details I have mentioned in KYC form, but my account is not unblocked yet.

I have called customer care people, they don't even have information like we have submitted documents and asking to wait until unblock the account.

One more strange thing is they have blocked only outgoing not incoming funds. Means it seems they are happy to keep our money, they don't need KYC for incoming funds. It is not correct.

I am totally not happy with HDFC procedure. Looking for other bank to open NRE account. Please suggest one without this kind behavior.
