Sir/medam i am savariappan ur customer in 4 yrs. First i am starting joining ur two wheeler loan 71000 completed this loan 2018.. Next ur representative call credit card aption i am not interested.. But next time call representative brain wash send to credit card my address.. Purchased card next month interest, late payment, over limit charges full wash out ur customer pls help me very poor family my salary 12000 family running very bad contional.. Verified Support Mar 22, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.
