[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card settlement issue

Sir My name is Awadhesh Saxena and I have a Credit card from HDFC Bank.
last 8 months i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 2 months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.
