[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card signature mismatch | |||
Hi, I am navin, recently i had submitted a credit card address change request form at one of the hdfc branches in bangalore. The request was declined due to signature mismatch. However, as far as i know, there has been no change in my signature from the very beginning. I have been using this card from past 5-6 years. The phone banking officer informed me to submit a hard copy of the signature change form to resolve the issue. However, i am unable to find a signature change request form for a credit card online. But since i believe there is no change in my signature, please help me to verify and process my address change request. My card was due for renewal. My new card was returned back from my old address.
