I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr004071. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider.

Dont go for HDFC Fastag. They have allotted this servcies to Sahaj. Both Sahaj and HDFC Fastag team are worst in servcies. I have closed my account.

Mail never replied and call never Picked. Go for Paytm Fastag

I applied through online for HDFC Fastag . I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application no is HFR027778. I had received email with the reference number after that I uploaded my signed documents and In that website popup shows your documents uploaded successfully. But I didn't get confirmation mail. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider.

HDFC Fastag is having worst services. I closed my HDFC Tag. And even in closing and returning my money they have taken 1.5 months.

Go for Paytm fastag
