I had applied for hdfc fastag on 14th of jan, 2020 for which i received my wallet details by 20th jan, 2020. But after that, there has been no communication about the delivery of the card. I have complained numerous times through the hdfc fastag customer care helpline to no effect. I want the card to be dispatched as soon as possible and the tracking details to be shared with me. HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We like to confirm your application is received & is under process you will be receiving the Tag within 15 working days for wallet ID creation

The delay is due to exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.
