[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag customer care not working no email no contact

Dear hdfc fasttag department,

Fast tag customer id is[protected]
Existing hdfc salary account holder

Please note that i have applied for fast tag and paid the necessary fees but have not received the fast tag delivered to the address provided nor did i get any call regarding the same. The fast tag had been returned to hdfc as per courier, can you ship it to my address immediately or any dispute needs to be raised/consumer complaint raised?
The customer care number[protected] of fast tag is never reachable.

The fast tag was shipped once complaint was raised, they still don't have tracking mechanism and customer care number 18001201243 is junk. Be prepared to go through pain without having any contact point or email I'd for fast tag tracking on hdfc
