I have ordered my hdfc fastag on 22 nov 2019. I received the acknowledgement mail stating that "your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 200 on 11/22/2019 4:54:24 am. Our reference number for the transaction is [protected]."
My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]
But till now i have not received the physical fastag. I am also not able to connect to the 24 hours hdfc fastag customer care all through the day.
Please resolve this issue asap so that i get the physical fastag i ordered without further delay. Was this information helpful? |
