HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received yet

Hi i have purchased the fasttag from hdfc bank portal. My application no is hfr444349. I have received the email regarding the fast tag id's. But physical tag is not dispatched from hdfc. I am not able to track the application status as customer card no which is mentioned on site and email is not working.

The HDFC toll free customer care number is not answering the phone or always busy.
