HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not working properly. toll charged twice hdfc helpline and e mails not working. fed up.

My hdfc fsatag customer id is[protected] wallet id is [protected] rfid[protected] vehicle no - mh43 ar 4256. Charged twice at talegaon toll plaza from pune to mumbai. I was charged by cash and from my account. Rs. 173 + rs. 57=total rs. 230/- cash receipt no 9931. Hdfc helpline not working. Always engaged. E mails not going. Trying last one week. Fed up. Not able to lodge complaint.
