My name is Sathyaraj R. I applied for a top-up loan and a renovation loan on May, 2022. I paid the processing fees as well. As I am at my native and not in Bangalore. I was not able to go to the Marathahalli Branch. I tried calling to the Sales representative, Krishna Murari. But he never attends my call. I made customer care complaints through the toll free number but in vain. I was not able to reach out to them at all. Then, I moved to Bangalore and went to the Marathahalli branch. They said the loan got auto closed and I need to pay the processing fees again to process the loan. I paid the processing fees again on April, 2023. After multiple follow-ups and multiple branch visits, they disbursed the top up loan on 26th June, 2023 which is of no use to me as my deadline to register the land was crossed. Now, the registration got cancelled as I couldn't make the registration on the agreed time. Still now, they didn't disburse my renovation loan at all. I registered multiple complaints on the hdfc customer care emails and customer care number. As I don't need the loan anymore, I want the processing amount to be refunded along with the MoD(which was not done) charges that I paid to the Sales representative. I request the authorities to take needed action and help me to get back my money. Was this information helpful? |
I submitted multiple complaints in the website and wrote multiple emails to customer.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. But my issue is not being solved. I can list out the request numbers. Please check and revert.
