I am operating salary account since 8 years till to date, I was on maternity leave for six months where my salary was not credited for same. I re-joined the same office withdraw one month salary, by send month my account has gone in minus balance

on 22.12.2016 IMPS P2P[protected]#[protected] with Rs.5.75
on 23.12.2016 IMPS P2P[protected]#[protected] with Rs.5.75
again
on IMPS P2P[protected]#[protected] with Rs.5.75 was deducted
Please let me know the reason.

Please help me in this regard.

I made a payment to hdfc bank, on[protected] which is not updated till now. No response from anyone. Its been 3 weeks I am chaisng the bank officials no update from bt different stories every time I call them.
My ATM cheque request so.no.4672. Dt.30/12/2016 No response my SB account no. [protected]

If you got the transaction narration like "imps p2p 575" then its was "Instant Transfer (365 Days, 24 x 7) ( IMPS- Account No. )" and you did the transfer using IMPS method. The charges of IMPS is Rs1-1, 00, 000=Rs5 and Rs1, 00, 001-2, 00, 000=Rs15.
