[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Hdfc incorrect and fraud outstanding bill

Hello I have received Hdfc titanium credit card saying I got it in lucky draw for women's day and for free without any service tax. Later kishore an executive of Hdfc bank called me to explain a policy hslic policy. So he came home and told me bout policy. 3 years minimum policy and 20000 rs policy per annum. So he told I just need to pay approx 2000 per month via credit card. Unaware the use of credit card I said OK as its like savings. Because of him my life is in danger now. This fellow told me only those two things. He dint even explain about concept of emi. For 2 yrs I hav been paying amount very promptly and never missed. So aft 2 years they say my credit card outstanding dues are 40000(.20000*2)When I payed promptly every month and hslic also received my policy amount how can this be possible. As my credit card limit is 60000 I started receiving calls frm bank asking fr dues payment. I rejected paying and complained in consumer court. Later on I received mais from Deepa who s manager. Asking fr payment. And later in some cal I was told that fellow dint convert my policy payment into emi. Because of him I fell info troubles. I used to work at that time with less salary and thought I could save money. 60000 is a big matter for me unlike Hdfc bank gets money cheating customers like this. Since August the issue has been dragged n my outstanding dues are 62000 now. Also Deepa manager kept on sending copy paste mails addressing other customer instead of me to my mail saying they ll get back within 7 days and after seven days she used to say they won't accept my request of not paying dues for not fault of mine. And finally she said 50% ll be given back. I dint accept for that too. Finally I said 10000 s what I can pay. Am married now. I am not working. For not my mistake I still said I ll pay 10000. Not accepting she told I need to pay 35 000. I complained in call to Mumbai team. Piu das s manager who dealt it. Later she forwarded mail to concerned team n I received mail from Geeta and I got same reply. Getting back in 7 days. After 11 days I got copy pasted mail saying they ll give money back of 20000. I never used credit for any purpose because I dono how to use it. Because of that kishore man I am blamed to pay amount now. I just used credit card for only hslic policy payment. And I did till before issue is raised. And in October my Hdfc bank has 12438 rs which was withdrawn by credit card people with out giving me notice. No body gives proper response. I want to speak to higher authority. Give me a valid solution. I now say I can pay 20000 out of which 12000 s withdrawn. So remaining 8000 s what I can pay. Since starting I was asking for settlement but they r not doing it. Please give a solution.

As they have withdrawn without my notice I am running out of minimum balance in bank and posed charges for that also. Am not in position to pay 60000. If I made mistake I would definitely pay the amount. But because of that executive fault y should I suffer. Please collect amount from him. The major mistake I made is trusting Hdfc bank and thought of saving money. But finally it is cheating me and this only that bank is earning profits. Am one of the victim here
