HDFC Bank — hdfc kept my amount on hold

Hdfc put my amount on hold i.e 1600 and this not the first time they did this but when ever i use to ask they say that you are not maintaining your account i am studying abroad so i am not able to contact to that bank please do something regarding this this is 4th time when they put my account balance balance on hold apart this hold balance they deducted maintaince charge that was about 1500
