Reference number: 18305464. I have paid the premium and completed all the formalities. I have completed my medical check-ups.
There was inordinate delay in processing and after nearly 90 days that too after a lot of follow up over phone/mail, they came up with a response saying that a specific medical test was not done and i have to again undergo medical test for that and pay for the same. I tried to reason out that it’s not my fault as the tests were done at a laboratory identified/registered with hdfc. And if any test was not done, it is not my mistake.
Disappointed with the service, i demanded a full refund of the premium, but the company deducted the charges and refunded balance amount.
