HDFC Bank — hdfc life credit protect plus

I've taken Hdfc life credit protect plus for my home loan with HDFC ltd.

I've written to [protected]@hdfclife.com about not receiving any policy documents for my home loan insurance. Only information that I have is payment advise from HDFC ltd which has policy number as 444255.

Please share policy details and also advise procedure to surrender it.
